How to make Peach Crumble

Once everybody wants Peace & Love, you get free cake… In this case however, let’ go with peaches.
We got some free peaches last night when we were on our Peace & Love mission, so I decided to make some Peach Crumble.

How to make Peach Crumble

Peach Crumble is easy and quick, and very cheap if you get free peaches.

All you need is:
– About 6 peaches
– 1/2 cup of plain flour
– 1/2 cup of rolled oats
– 1/2 cup of disiccated coconut
– 1/2 cup of brown sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence
– 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 70g of butter.

Now, I cut my peaches up and boiled them a bit first, but that isn’t necessary really.
Cut up the peaches and place them in a tray that can go in the oven.
Then mix everything else together in a big bowl using your mitts.
Once everything else is looking like a crumble mix, slightly sticky and crumbly and all delicious like,  put the crumble on top of the peaches.
Now into the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

And there you are.
