Occupy Everything – Was I right? – Only on the Bank Of Wonga

occupy everything

I wrote this article on a bus over a year ago, was I right?

Occupy Everything, Its interesting isn’t it – the small popular movement of just a few hundred people has now grown to hundreds of thousands of people world wide occupying everything.  So what will happen and what does this mean for the world at large.  Well firstly I think it’s a good point to realize that a global utopia is not going to happen overnight – but based on my analysis of the situation and our social media monitoring of the issue over the past two weeks here is my crystal ball of two possible outcomes.

Option One – The powers that be listen and react

I can quite honestly say that I don’t think this will happen – but if it did it would probably look something like this.

  1. Global governments conference on the problem
  2. The problem is used to rush through a global economic policy
  3. The introduction of global socialism moves a step forward, people start to go home with the impression that the problem is solved.
  4. Over a period of two years global legislation and banking reform socialises the worlds currency supply, and in effect we move a step closer to a global currency pushed through with speedy legislation.
  5. Due to the fact that there are still too many people in the world that hold ego and personal gain ahead of others this will become corrupted again.
  6. We will see a wider, larger demonstration with more global unrest within 24 months of a statement being made by the global financial sector.
  7. The shit hits the fan in a massive way – and we are looking at global revolution with governmental systems being deposed by the people – sometimes with peaceful processes sometimes with those leaders left hanging from lamposts on the streets.
  8. A new governmental system takes control – everyone is happy for a while, this could be 10 years or 100 and then we revert back to number one again.

Option 2, this is honestly the way I think its going to shape up.

  1. Global governments react to the problem the only way they know how – with force putting down the demonstrations and trying to drive a wedge of divide and conquer between the “Hippy, Anarchist – or insert other word” and the mass populous of numbed citizens.
  2. People get really pissed, the movement organises and moves underground – things turn up a notch and you now have revolutionary forces within each country.
  3. Spurred by inaction, further depression, no jobs, imbalance in wages, and imbalance in opportunity this get violent.
  4. The shit hits the fan in a massive way – and we are looking at global revolution with governmental systems being deposed by the people – sometimes with peaceful processes sometimes with those leaders left hanging from lampposts on the streets.
  5. A new governmental system takes control – everyone is happy for a while, this could be 10 years or 100 and then we revert back to number one again.

So you see either way you look at it or whichever way this happens its going to happen – You cant have this many angry people who are so justifiably pissed off, this much imbalance in society or this much injustice and just expect people to sit and take it up the ass, whilst they suffer and people at the top profit.  Why would you?  It is just stupid.

So in synopsis – Expect a global political reformation within the next 24 months, either leading to more global government or anarchistic fragmentation and an anarchistic socialist society.

For what it is worth – I am happy with either.  Any system that sees a guy that gets a 600K bonus like the guy Bexia Bank from for in effect running the bank into the ground costing 5000 Euros per taxpayer isn’t a good system in my world.  Rewarding someone for fucking up never has been that sustainable.

Right now we have people on the streets – As soon as we see people removing money from banks in protest forcing them to collapse, start their own alternative banking systems and local currencies it is all over for the global elite.

This is just my forecast – but I have been right so far!

Was I right – Well sort of and maybe not.  Certainly the time frame has been extended but lets keep this in mind.
